Hey, she's quoting me!

Bailing, to use my home town dialect, is not a reference to what she's saying here (I think). Originally it was an aviator reference meaning to punch out (of an airplane, my father and grandfather were pilots). Of course there's also bailing hay, which was my first job (used the money to buy Led Zeppelin's masterpiece album, well, after I got me a bike...), but, again, that's not appropriate here.

Without going too far into the controversy surrounding that day I would suggest that bailing on anyone is hardly an issue since I don't think anyone is taking on any water here (with the possible exception of Jewel, who would look good soaking wet, but I digress..).

I certainly don't want to appear at odds with Sheryl, whom I think is one cool chick, but it may be too late for that...
